**Job Description**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated **School Coordinator, Digital Literacy** to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing digital literacy programs in schools, ensuring their effectiveness and impact on students’ learning outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and manage relationships with schools and school administrators
* Conduct needs assessments to identify schools’ digital literacy needs
* Design and implement digital literacy training programs for teachers and students
* Facilitate workshops, trainings, and other activities related to digital literacy
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital literacy programs
* Prepare reports and presentations on program progress and impact
* Work closely with the Digital Literacy team to ensure program alignment and coherence
* Contribute to the development of innovative digital literacy resources and tools
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in education, technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience working in education or digital literacy programs
* Strong understanding of digital literacy concepts and skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, students, and school administrators
* Passion for education and a commitment to social impact
