**Job Description:**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Coordinator to join our Digital Literacy program in New Delhi. The School Coordinator will be responsible for:
* **Building relationships with school principals and teachers:** Establishing strong partnerships with schools to implement digital literacy programs.
* **Conducting training workshops for teachers:** Facilitating workshops on using technology for teaching and learning.
* **Supporting teachers in integrating technology into their classrooms:** Providing ongoing support and guidance to teachers on using digital tools and resources.
* **Monitoring and evaluating the impact of digital literacy programs:** Collecting data and analyzing the effectiveness of programs.
* **Collaborating with other team members:** Working closely with the program team to ensure the successful implementation of digital literacy initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement a comprehensive digital literacy program for schools.
* Conduct needs assessments to identify the specific digital literacy needs of schools.
* Design and deliver training workshops for teachers on using technology for teaching and learning.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers on using digital tools and resources.
* Develop and implement a system for monitoring and evaluating the impact of digital literacy programs.
* Collect data on student and teacher engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
* Prepare reports and presentations on program progress and impact.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful implementation of digital literacy initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital literacy and education technology.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
* Proven experience in coordinating and managing projects.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning.
* Passion for improving the quality of education for all children.
