**Position Summary:**
The Senior Analyst role involves supporting research initiatives, capacity-building activities, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable finance strategies. This position contributes to fostering a low-carbon economy through policy advocacy and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage complex research projects and analytical assignments.
– Conduct research on sustainable finance topics, including policy, market practices, and taxonomy.
– Develop curriculum for capacity-building programs targeting financial institutions and policymakers.
– Coordinate workshops, conferences, and dissemination activities.
– Engage with stakeholders to provide strategic advice and represent CPI at high-level events.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
– Post Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields with 5+ years of relevant experience.
– Professional experience in financial services, consulting, government, or non-profits.
– Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
**Desirable Qualifications:**
– Knowledge of climate finance and experience working with financial regulators or international organizations.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
