**Job Description:**
The Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting IPE Global’s education projects. This position requires a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and a proven ability to conduct research, design programs, and manage projects. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and analytical individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Business Strategy:** Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities within the education sector. This includes managing operational details, reviewing projects, and providing support.
* **Research and Analysis:** Conduct research on best practices, policies, and interventions in early childhood education. Analyze data and trends related to early childhood development, education, and socio-economic factors.
* **Project Support:** Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, from development and implementation to evaluation. Collaborate with team members to improve project outcomes.
* **Program Design:** Contribute to the design and development of early childhood education programs aligned with international standards and best practices. Create educational materials, resources, and training modules.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs. Organize meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* **Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and documentation for various projects. Maintain accurate records and databases.
* **Capacity Building:** Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for educators and caregivers in the early childhood sector.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Master’s degree in economics, international development, education, or a related field.
* At least two years of experience in policy review and development, research, program design, project management, project delivery, and business development.
* Advanced analytical skills, including experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating information.
* Strong understanding of early education/education principles and concepts.
* Ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
* Solution-oriented approach and excellent teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently to field locations for extended periods.
