Job Opportunity for Senior Associate – Advocacy & Partnership at Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (LFE) in Pune, Maharashtra

Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (LFE)

## Senior Associate – Advocacy & Partnership

**Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (LFE)** is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving public education systems in India. We envision a future where education systems refuse to let children down.

**Our Approach:** LFE takes a two-pronged approach to create change. We build the capacity of government system leaders and simultaneously influence system processes. Through partnerships with local and state education bodies, we co-create programs that shift teaching-learning practices and improve student learning and well-being. Our research and advisory support also helps influence policies, aiming to create a more effective government education system.

**Impact:** Over the last five years, LFE has built the capacity of 2100+ system leaders and 40,200+ teachers, impacting 8 million students across Maharashtra. We have recently expanded our operations to Haryana, Tripura, and Andhra Pradesh.
