At The/Nudge you will:

• lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a set of roles assigned to you (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.)
• identify talent requirements at The/Nudge and build a thorough understanding of the ideal candidate for the roles assigned to you
• identify and mobilize avenues which will help us source high-potential talent
• understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge and implement the hiring process for the candidates
• build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organisation
• coach and mentor a team of recruiters towards their growth and development

Apply if you have:

• 2-5 years of work experience in front-end/people-facing roles
• a bachelor’s degree in any subject
• passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for the development sector
• a strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines
• creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates
• exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• the ability to work both independently and in a team, when required
• prior experience in tech recruitment is an added advantage
