**Job Title:** Senior Associate – Customer Success  

**Location:** Hyderabad

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Collaborate with government and academia to drive initiatives like FSP/SSC Adoption, Project-based learning, Experiential learning, and Industry-driven internships.  

– Develop strategic alliances and manage relationships with stakeholders including Government bodies and educational institutions.  

– Achieve targets in assigned regions for Academia and fee-based programs.  

– Create proposals, concept notes, and documentation for external/internal use.  

– Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program effectiveness.  

– Prepare periodic reports and communicate key findings to stakeholders.  

– Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Graduate from a premier institute or B.Tech in Computer Science preferred.  

– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing complex, preferably multi-location projects.  

– Proven track record in program implementation and achieving outcomes.  

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.  

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  

– Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.  

– Prior experience in an SSC is preferred.
