**Job Title:** Senior Associate – Data Analysis

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Measure student learning outcomes using Item Response Theory (IRT).
– Analyze large-scale assessment data with IRT and statistical methods.
– Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
– Design study approaches and sampling strategies.
– Develop data structures and analytical frameworks.
– Write reports and publish impact assessments.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s in statistics, psychometrics, or educational measurement.
– 2+ years of experience in education, preferably in assessments.
– Proficiency in statistical software (R, Python).
– Experience with Item Response Theory (IRT), preferably Rasch Model.
– Knowledge of research design, causal inference, sampling, reliability, validity, and generalizability.
– Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
