**Job Description: Senior Associate – Data Monitoring and Governance (AD & TW)**
**Location:** Chennai City Corporation, Tamil Nadu, India

The foundation works closely with the Tamil Nadu School Education Department to implement large-scale quality improvement programs in government schools. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage stakeholders for data from classroom observations and collect feedback to shape product requirements.
– Work closely with product managers, field users, and state officials to ensure product specifications meet expectations.
– Collaborate with the Associate Director – State Reform and Senior Manager – Project Management to identify areas of strategic growth.
– Provide project-based status updates to stakeholders and conduct review meetings based on collected data.
– Create visualizations and interpret data sets for review meetings, communicating insights diplomatically.
– Develop internal reporting documents and collaterals based on field insights.
– Deliver quarterly project reports to the School Education Department of Tamil Nadu.
**Qualifications:**
– At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in the education sector.
– Experience working with public systems is an advantage.
– Degree from a reputed institution.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite applications.
– Fluency in Tamil and English languages.
**This role will report to:** Senior Manager, Project Management – Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare
**Location:** Chennai, Tamil Nadu
**Please note:** Candidates are expected to bring their own laptop with updated software (MS Office).
**Remuneration:** 7 LPA to 10 LPA
