**Job Description: Senior Associate, Data & Tech Analyst – Economic Inclusion Program**

**Role Overview:**
The Senior Associate, Data & Tech Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing a tech product for the Economic Inclusion Program (EIP), aimed at implementing the Graduation Approach to alleviate extreme poverty. This involves configuring tech platforms, managing data and dashboards, overseeing devops, administering third-party tools, and collaborating with the product team on automations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Configure new modules and set up programs on the tech platform using JSON and SQL.
– Work with data for cleaning, manipulation, analysis, and dashboard creation to provide program insights.
– Manage devops and build pipelines using tools like Sonarqube and Jenkins.
– Administer third-party tools such as SurveyCTO.
– Collaborate with the product team to develop automations for operations teams.
**Qualifications:**
– Strong motivation to contribute to poverty alleviation efforts in India.
– Willingness to make periodic field visits.
– Experience in development, dashboarding, and/or devops.
– Proficiency in data analysis, scripting/automation, programming, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a bias for action.
