At The/Nudge you will:

  • ensure end to end processing of grant payments  from document verification, payment updation and accounting in Zoho/Tally.
  • work closely with the program teams for timely and complete document collection including donation receipts after payments.
  • take ownership & responsibility of statutory payment processing like TDS, PF, PT, ESIC.
  • maintain controls around procurement by maintaining PO tracker and liaise with partner teams for reconciliation and timely submission of expenses.
  • initiate and handle booking of expenses, vendor payments, employee claim reimbursement, BRS etc. Reconcile provision for expenses account on a monthly basis followed by timely status update in ZOHO.
  • assist cost allocation to donors as part of book close activity.
  • take care of the audit & compliance for AP and grants for both organization and Donor Audits.
    participate/ lead special projects focused on process improvement and automation to increase operational efficiency.

Apply if you have:

  • a graduation degree in commerce.
  • minimum 4-5 years of work experience in finance and accounts function with at least 3-4 years of working experience in Tally.
  • experience in not for profit sector including accounting and cost allocation between projects and donors (preferred).
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
