**Job Title:** Senior Associate – Gender and Health  

**Location:** New Delhi, India

**Experience Required:** 5 years in gender equality, public health, or development programming; experience managing fellows preferred.  

**Education:** Master’s degree in social sciences, gender studies, public health, or a related field.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Provide programmatic and technical support for GenEqual project and Gender Equality Strategy.  

– Integrate gender, equity, and inclusion principles into health programs.  

– Prepare technical content, reports, and knowledge products.  

– Conduct research, document best practices, and maintain gender-related resources.  

– Coordinate capacity-building activities, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy campaigns.  

– Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes.  

– Provide operational support for events and procurement related to gender initiatives.  

**Key Competencies:**  

– Strong understanding of gender equality concepts and social inclusion.  

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

– Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.  

– Basic analytical skills, including data interpretation and report writing.
