**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Associate in Impact Assessment at Give Grants, you will lead and deliver impact assessment projects for CSR clients. You will assess the social impact of donations, track outcomes, and communicate results to stakeholders through various channels.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead impact assessment studies for CSR clients.
– Manage a team to collect and analyze data, ensuring accurate insights.
– Develop methodologies for data collection and analysis.
– Prepare reports, including findings and recommendations.
– Collaborate with external agencies for publishing results.
– Engage in secondary research and landscape mapping.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Anthropology, Economics, Sociology, Development Studies, or related fields.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in social sector research or assessments.
– Strong report writing, data analysis, and communication skills in English.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple priorities.
