**Job Title:** Senior Associate/Manager – Finance and Accounts

**Position Summary:**
The Senior Associate/Manager in Finance and Accounts will handle general accounting tasks using Tally, process payments for vendors and consultants, verify reimbursement claims, and ensure TDS compliance. Reporting to the Finance Manager or Associate Director – Finance, this role requires a Commerce Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in Tally software, MS Office (especially Excel), and knowledge of social sector accounting (preferred).
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Accounting in Tally package
– Validation and payment processing for vendors/consultants
– Verification of employee reimbursement claims
– Ensuring TDS compliance
**Qualifications:**
– Commerce Graduate (B. Com)
– 5-8 years of experience in accounting
– Proficiency in Tally software
– Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
– Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new processes
– Knowledge of social sector accounting is preferred
