Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify startups working in emerging technology fields, including Generative AI, IoT, AR/VR, Metaverse, Quantum Tech, Robotics, and others.
- Evaluate startup companies based on various criteria such as technological innovation, market potential, team expertise, and scalability.
- Engage in proactive outreach and networking to establish relationships with startup founders,
- industry experts, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and conduct initial meetings, presentations, and pitch sessions with startups to assess their viability and alignment with our organization’s goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate startups’ business models, technology roadmaps, and potential synergies with our existing operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing your findings and recommendations for further consideration by senior management.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in emerging technologies, attending industry conferences, webinars, and relevant events.
- Support the negotiation and structuring of partnerships, investments, or acquisition deals with selected startups.
- Assist in managing accounts, including monitoring account activities, maintaining accurate records, and resolving partner queries.
- Help coordinate and manage various aspects of event planning and execution, like curating sessions, scheduling, and on-site support to ensure smooth and successful events.
- knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong passion and knowledge of emerging technologies
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture capital, or entrepreneurship is desirable.
- Excellent research and analytical skills to assess startups’ potential and market opportunities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage with startup
- founders and industry professionals.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying innovative solutions and trends in emerging technology landscapes.
- Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Travel requirements
- Generative AI, IoT, AR/VR, Metaverse, Quantum Tech, Robotics, and others.
- Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
