**Job Location:** New Delhi, India
**Position Summary:**
The Senior Associate will be responsible for talent acquisition for The Convergence Foundation (TCF) and its partner organizations. This involves candidate and sector research, database management, and implementing the talent acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in start-up environments, enjoy building and scaling organizations, and are passionate about the impact sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Map job profiles to relevant talent pools in nonprofits, for-profit organizations, and academic institutions.
* Develop job specifications based on role and skill requirements.
* Identify high-quality active and passive candidates interested in the impact sector, engaging them through various channels (networks, talent partners, alumni programs, etc.).
* Conduct extensive outbound candidate searches and build the internal database.
* Design appropriate job profiles and talent acquisition strategies based on resource requirements.
* Create and maintain an accurate, updated database with metrics to track resource needs.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Create and implement robust candidate selection processes (interviews, psychometrics, reference checks).
**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:**
* Undergraduate or master’s degree from a top-tier institution in business, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, communications, or a related field.
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a talent management role.
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
* Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, plan timelines, and meet deadlines.
