**About the Team:**

 

The Talent Acquisition team at The/Nudge plays a crucial role in addressing the development sector’s challenge of attracting passionate individuals. We believe in the value of diverse individuals and fostering a collaborative work environment.

 

**Job Description:**

 

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned roles, encompassing application tracking, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and stakeholder coordination.  Collaborate with leadership and program teams to define hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies.  Identify talent requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and develop sourcing avenues to attract high-potential candidates.  Implement The/Nudge’s hiring framework and processes.  Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.  Design and execute projects to optimize hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.  Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

 

**Experience Required:**

 

3-7 years of experience in front-end/people-facing roles.  Prior recruitment experience is a plus; experience in the development sector is preferred.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree in any subject.

* Passion for attracting and developing talent within the development sector.

* Strong outcome orientation and ability to meet deadlines.

* Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to process improvement.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Intermediate proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
