About the role
The Delhi state program is in partnership with the State Council for Education Research and Training, Delhi, under the aegis of the Government of NCT of Delhi. The program aims to reimagine how educator professional development can be strengthened to deliver high-quality education to students in government schools.
The role will entail working closely with the SEF team to support SCERT and to design & facilitate in-service educator interventions. You will also be working with the manager in designing, facilitating, monitoring and collaborating with stakeholders for the entire program. It will also include codifying the program and managing the constant evolution of the program as we move ahead.
How can you succeed in this role?
- Set up and maintain data dashboards and derive analysis (patterns, trends, insights) consistently to inform decision-making and intervention design (gauging the overall effectiveness of the program)
- Ensuring operational efficiency through streamlining processes, e.g. Creating teacher batches, venue allocation and managing logistics for large-scale training
- Support the team in facilitating training and in developing a cadre of core facilitators and coaches (Mentor teachers, academic coordinators, etc.) within SCERT Delhi.
- Documentation of the testing and analysis process to effectively communicate learnings derived for internal team, org and external audience
- Timely preparation and compilation of the Project’s Annual/Quarterly Work Plans and Progress Review Reports

- Design Data tools and data management systems to meet Intervention needs and goals and gauge program effectiveness
- Collect & Analyse data and generate reflections/trends towards interventions for self and stakeholder using Excel, docs etc.
- Is adept in deploying research methodologies to support interventions
- Create effective data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

- Manage their own schedule and prioritise tasks based on goals independently without support to meet the desired outcomes of the program.

Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in the education sector, specifically in monitoring and evaluation, designing and managing
- Facilitation of workshops for adults, preferably in both small and large groups both
- Previous work experience with government agencies is preferred
- Proficiency in Hindi and English language, both written and spoken, is preferred

Compensation will be between Rs 6,00,000 – Rs 7,50,000 based on the experience of the candidate and will include the following perks:
