**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Communication Associate to join our Corporate Communications team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance our company’s reputation, engage stakeholders, and align with our business objectives.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Communication Strategy Development:**  Assist in the creation and implementation of comprehensive communication plans. Develop strategies to enhance internal and external communications. 

* **Content Creation:** Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various communication channels including press releases, newsletters, social media, website, and internal communications.  Create compelling stories that align with the company’s brand and messaging.

* **Media Relations:**  Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts. Draft press materials and manage media inquiries. Coordinate and manage media events, press conferences, and interviews.

* **Internal Communications:**  Develop and distribute internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged. Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns.

* **Digital and Social Media:** Manage and grow the company’s social media presence. Develop content and monitor social media channels for engagement and feedback.

* **Measurement and Reporting:** Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts. Prepare reports and presentations on communication activities and outcomes.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.

* Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies.

**Additional Skills:**

* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

* Strong verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools.

* Experience with social media management and digital content creation.

* Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication.

* Excellent organizational and project management skills.

**Job Location:**

Ahmedabad, Gujarat

**Experience Required:** 2+ years

**Compensation:** INR 5.40 LPA-6.60 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)
