**Job Description: Senior Consultant – Data Science and AI**

**Experience Required:**
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 7-10 years of experience in data science, AI, and related fields. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide technical guidance in areas such as Data Science, AI, and Generative AI.
– Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
– Work closely with engineering, product management, and go-to-market teams to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions.
– Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Required Skills and Experience:**
– **Technical Skills:**
– Expert proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Streamlit, Flask, and Pandas (mandatory).
– Proven experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech Recognition, and Computer Vision.
– Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and Llama Index (mandatory).
– Extensive knowledge of open-source and API-based Large Language Models (LLMs) (mandatory).
– Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agents (mandatory).
– Familiarity with Agentic Frameworks and Orchestration tools (e.g., Lang Graph, Crew AI, Llama Index Workflows) is a plus.
– **Leadership & Collaboration Skills:**
– Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
– Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional groups.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
