Senior Consultant: Get A Plan
➔ Organize 10 internships per month to engage 300+ students with physical visits and involvement in at least 5 internships.
➔ Identifying and integrating entrepreneurs: 2-3 new entrepreneurs per month to achieve a total of 10 different entrepreneurs in 4 diverse fields.
➔ Verify and recruit a team of 5-10 consultants to operate with you for the
➔ Training and monitoring of all junior consultants for the process of internship and book delivery.
➔ Organize and ensure delivery of graphic novels to 5000 students per month
➔ Liaison with 10-15 schools in your district to coordinate for data engagement and program delivery
➔ Liaison with government officials in the Department of Education for managing all local formalities
➔ Management of the team of 10-15 individuals for engagement and implementation of the program for Going to School
➔ Manage district-level administration activity and support the district lead in the delivery of the program
➔ For every green enterprise delivered create a commented video like a news bulletin to be delivered by one of the students.
➔ Organize and deliver 20 business plans from various internships per month.
➔ While delivering a Green Enterprise Internship, you are to ensure that
➢ a. You log in using the YESS APP
➢ b. All children on the internship create a GTS ID and subsequently select graphic novels and projects to complete.
➢ c. You give them the selected graphic novel and project to keep and return at the end of the internship.
➢ d. Daily you give children the mobile phones to log in/mark attendance and to upload their content
➢ e. You ensure on the last day all children complete the green enterprise internship end line and you collect the graphic novels and projects and send to the head office while enabling the children to log
their projects on the APP.
➔ You will also be given mobile phones for managing the monitoring process during the internship and are expected to keep the same with utmost care and return the same on daily basis back to the district office. In case any mobile phone in your care goes missing the cost of the phone will be deducted from your monthly Fee.
➔ You are expected to complete all baseline and end-line surveys, for the total implementation program and the internships.
Remuneration
➔ Monthly C.T.C= Rs 25,000-27500
➔ Deduction (T.D.S)= 10%
➔ Monthly In-Hand= Rs 22,500-24,750
Eligibility
➔ Minimum 60% in Class 10.
➔ Minimum 60% in Class 12.
➔ If in Graduation then a minimum average of 60% in all semesters
➔ If in Post-Graduation then a minimum average of 60% in all semesters
