**Job Description: Senior Coordinator – Training**  

**Location:** Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Work with district teams and state training point persons to implement district training plans for program quality management.  

– Develop and manage an annual training plan, quarterly, and monthly schedules with necessary amendments.  

– Monitor program implementation progress and provide inputs for quality improvement.  

– Facilitate district-level training programs and collaborate with functional experts as needed.  

– Ensure program delivery aligns with expected outcomes.  

– Provide handholding support to Team Change Leaders (TCLs) and monitor their activities on the ground.  

– Maintain databases, assessment sheets, records, reports, and case studies related to TCLs.  

– Coordinate with teams to organize trainings for TCLs.  

– Conduct field-level visits to monitor program quality using classroom observation formats.  

– Troubleshoot and provide support to CDs (Change Drivers) as needed.  

– Implement a training feedback system to improve content and mechanisms.  

– Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly training progress reports.  

– Lead the development of KPIs for CDs, review their performance periodically, and conduct meetings with CDs and Block coordinators to address gaps.  

– Participate in training programs for TCLs and CDs as needed.  

 

**Skills & Competencies Required:**  

– Proficiency in understanding curriculum, tools, publications on gender and sexuality in Hindi or English.  

– Strong understanding of community-based processes, structures, and norms, with experience working at the village level with gram panchayats, frontline workers, adolescents, and women’s groups.  

– Knowledge of gender, sexuality, intersectionality, and rights-based approaches.  

– Ability to contribute to a strong and respectful team culture grounded in feminist principles.  

– Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

– Fluency in Hindi or English (verbal & written).  

– Self-starter, team player, and quality-oriented.
