**Experience Required:** Minimum 4 years of experience with a graduation in any related field.

 

**About the Role:**

 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Senior Coordinator – Training** to join our Program Team in Rohtak. You will play a crucial role in capacity building for our Haryana Program Team and Team Change Leaders (TCLs), ensuring high-quality training delivery and program implementation. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **Training Quality:**

    * Implement the district training plan for program quality management in collaboration with the District Manager and State training point person.

    * Develop and maintain an annual training plan, including quarterly and monthly breakdowns, with necessary amendments.

    * Monitor program implementation progress and provide inputs for quality improvement.

    * Facilitate district-level training programs.

    * Collaborate with functional experts to enhance training content and delivery.

    * Ensure program delivery aligns with promised outcomes.

* **Team Change Leaders:**

    * Support the smooth functioning of the TCL program.

    * Provide handholding support and monitor TCL activities on the ground.

    * Maintain a database and assessment sheets for TCLs.

    * Maintain records, reports, and case studies of TCLs.

    * Coordinate with others in organizing trainings for TCLs.

* **Supervision, Monitoring & Handholding:**

    * Conduct field visits to monitor program quality using classroom observation formats.

    * Provide problem-solving support and handholding to CDs (Community Development Workers) as needed.

    * Ensure the implementation of the training feedback system for continuous improvement.

    * Conduct Training Visits according to the training plan and provide qualitative input.

* **Documentation and Performance Review:**

    * Ensure timely preparation and sharing of monthly and quarterly training progress reports.

* **Troubleshooting:**

    * Be proficient in training and TKT (Training Kit) delivery, capable of replacing CDs when necessary.

    * Participate in training of TCLs and CDs as needed.

 

**Skills, Competencies & Experience:**

 

* Minimum 4 years of experience required with graduation in any related field.

* Proven facilitation skills with adolescents and young people.

* Strong training, meeting, and workshop conducting skills.

* Adaptability: Tailoring content and delivery methods to suit diverse audiences, ensuring inclusivity and relevance.

* Feedback process: Gathering and incorporating feedback to improve training effectiveness.

* Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships with parents, teachers, frontline workers, and panchayat members to foster collaboration and support on themes of Gender-Based Discrimination (GBD) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV).

* Community Outreach: Supporting conducting outreach activities to engage community members and raise awareness about gender-based issues.

* Team building: Ability to work collaboratively with a team of trainers, community workers, and other stakeholders.
