Job Opportunity for Senior Corporate Fund Raising at Helpage India in Hyderabad

HelpAge India is a reputed charity known for its pioneering work in support of the disadvantaged elderly. Our work has benefited over 8 million elderly and our programmes cater to more than 1.5 million older people every year. We work in the areas of health care, livelihood support, residential care, disaster mitigation, social security and rights of poor elderly. The funding for the programmes is largely indigenous and raised from individual, institutional and corporate donors. We also advocate for formation of policy related to the elderly. HelpAge India has worked for over 44 years in India.

We are now looking for suitable candidates for senior position in Corporate Fundraising who will be responsible for corporate relationship and fundraising and Corporate Social Responsibility. The position is based at Hyderabad.

Qualification:

M.B.A. / PG Diploma in Marketing with 6-8 yrs of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Target realization as per the organizations objectives on Fund generation and collections
• Sensitisation of corporate towards their Corporate Social Responsibility
• Generate new business accounts in the targeted markets.
• Promote revenue growth at existing accounts
• To study the donor trends and identify attributes and expectations and assist the Management in devising marketing strategies
• Assist and suggest schemes for attracting donors and creating a brand image for the organization
• Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the marketing
• Build long-term relationships with the business partners.
• Customer Relationship Management 

Key Technical Attributes:

• Should have excellent presentation and communication skills
• An exposure to social marketing / concept marketing is desirable
• Should have excellent networking skills
• Should have strong selling skills
• Should have well developed quantitative and analytical abilities 

Remuneration will be as per HelpAge India’s overall salary structure.
