## Senior Dialysis Technician
**The Hans Foundation** is a Public Charitable Trust dedicated to improving the quality of life for underprivileged communities across India. **Job Location:** Shahjahanpur, Bareilly, Varanasi, Agra, Kanpur, Gorakhpur
**Experience Required:** 2-6 years of experience in a Dialysis Centre with strong knowledge and skills.
**Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and clean dialysis machines and equipment.
* Ensure proper sanitation and cleaning of dialysis machines and the surrounding area.
* Monitor water treatment and the reprocessing of dialyzers.
* Observe patients during treatment, monitoring for any signs of medical emergencies.
* Address patient questions and concerns.
* Educate patients on dialysis and provide information on additional healthcare to enhance their treatment outcomes.
* Prepare patients for procedures and administer local anesthesia.
* Create written reports on patient progress for doctors.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives for the center.
* Ensure the provision of excellent patient care.
* Document pre-dialysis specifications including patient weight, temperature, and other vital signs.
**Qualifications:**
* Degree / Diploma in Dialysis.
**Skills and Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.
**Compensation:**
Salary will be commensurate with education, experience, and past salary.
