About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all.  We are a collective of some of India’s best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

• Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): exists to enable underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
• Centre for Rural Development (CRD): exists to enable families to come out of extreme poverty
• Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): exists to nudge top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges

About The/Nudge Forum:

The/Nudge Forum exists to accelerate India’s development journey by bringing all stakeholders together for collective thought and action, towards large-scale social change.

 At The/Nudge you will:

• build a prestigious convening platform for India’s development
• own overall vision, product strategy, and execution for The/Nudge Forum, to meet ambitious targets for impact and engagement from India’s civil society leaders, leading business and government stakeholders
• draw insights from products, programming, communications, and community engagement to execute a highly impactful convening for thought leadership, collective learning, spotlighting and promoting the best and brightest of India’s development sector
• keep a consistent focus on ambitious impact and engagement outcomes. You will track and report quantitative and qualitative metrics for systems-change impact across various Forum themes
  supervise the development of the Forum communities and their interactions
• build strong partnerships with sector-leading institutions, government, and corporates
• be the face of the organization, representing us across the ecosystem – including government, industry, nonprofit ecosystem, academia, and funding partners in India and globally

Apply if you have:

• 18+ years of overall experience
• strong social sector intent, high energy and readiness to serve
• a career of high achievement in any sector 
• a strong leadership experience of managing high-performing teams, preferably intrapreneurial or entrepreneurial experience of 5+ years

Would be great if you have:

• a background in technology, marketing, or business development
• prior similar experience of building an impactful program/platform
• entrepreneurial, product management experience
