**Job Title:** Senior Engagement Associate – Barely Plastic and Eco-School
**Location:** Nashik, Maharashtra
**Salary:** INR 5.40 LPA – 6.30 LPA per annum

**Position Summary:**
The Senior Engagement Associate will lead the Barely Plastic and Eco-School initiative, engaging schools, students, teachers, and communities to reduce plastic use at the household level.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Build and maintain relationships with partner schools and stakeholders.
– Facilitate onboarding and engagement of schools onto the Barely Plastic platform.
– Design and deliver educational content and workshops on reducing single-use plastic.
– Organize eco-consciousness drives and events to foster student participation.
– Mentor students to become Eco Champions and influence positive household behaviors.
– Develop strategies for parental engagement through student-led initiatives.
– Track program outcomes using the Barely Plastic digital platform and prepare regular reports.
– Document best practices and success stories for scaling across regions.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Environmental Studies, Social Work, or related fields.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in school-based engagement programs, environmental education, or community mobilization.
– Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
**Skills and Competencies:**
– Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to engage diverse groups, particularly students, educators, and parents.
– Experience in educational program planning, implementation, and monitoring.
– Proficiency with digital platforms and tools for data tracking and reporting.
– Passionate about sustainability, environmental conservation, and education.
**Language Requirements:**
– English, Hindi, and Marathi.
