**Job Description: Senior Engagement Manager – WELL Labs**
**Location:** India (Preference for candidates from Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Delhi)
**Type of Engagement:** Mid-level opening for a short-term secondment with possible extension to one year

**Experience Required:**
– Master’s degree in Water Resources, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related fields.
– 4-6 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the water or agriculture sector.
– Strong interest in addressing water and agricultural challenges.
– Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Experience with groundwater management in India is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead multidisciplinary projects across water and agriculture sectors, enhancing technical and operational capacity.
2. Facilitate collaboration between WELL Labs and partners, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
3. Support the development of groundwater initiatives and conduct landscape assessments.
4. Manage project timelines, track outcomes, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
5. Represent WELL Labs at meetings and events across India.
6. Contribute to written materials such as white papers and blogs.
7. Balance real-time and asynchronous communication in cross-time-zone meetings.
