What You’ll Do
This position will be responsible and co-responsible for providing in-house customer support and managing infrastructure operations.
Areas Of Responsibilities
- Provide L2 technical support for the company employees, domestic and international.
- Support L1 technician with problem resolution
- Should be aware of basic concepts of cybersecurity.
- Should have knowledge about email security such as phishing and spam.
- Perform first-level incidence response like checking IP blacklisting, malicious sites.
- Should be able to quickly learn the incident management principles, remote desktop management and device management.
- Managing, support and administer 0ffice365 environment.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies and procedures reviewed annually.
- Assist SAP Business One administrators with technical issues.
- Customer support ticket management
- Mailbox archiving
- Vendor management
- Should have experience in patching and update management.
- Should be familiar with SSL Certificates, MFA and Single Sign On
- Experienced in software management and license management is required.
- Manage backup & restore procedures, including documentation.
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency)
- Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Project Management of internal IT projects
- Onboarding / offboarding employees
- IT fixed assets management tracking
- Knowledge of Azure architecture, Active Directory, App services, user accounts and Groups management
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and application software
- Hardware setup and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related domain.
- 5+ years’ experience in IT operations.
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
