**Years of Experience:** 2 to 4 years
**Position Summary:**
The Senior Executive – Procurement and Contracts will ensure efficient procurement and contracting of goods, services, and works for CKD and support national and international project teams. This role requires extensive experience in procurement and contracting, a strong understanding of best practices, and excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure procurement aligns with CKD policies, guidelines, and procedures.
* Draft IFBs/ITBs, REOIs, ToRs, RFPs, and bidding documents.
* Manage the procurement and contracting process, including pre-qualification, bidding, evaluation, contract award, and negotiations.
* Monitor contract implementation to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
* Draft contracts, purchase orders, and work orders.
* Manage the entire contracting process, from drafting to execution.
* Manage PO creation in the ERP system.
* Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Manage contract administration, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
* Analyze contract performance and ensure compliance.
* Develop and implement best practices for contracting and contract management.
* Maintain procurement records and documentation.
* Establish and improve policies and procedures for efficient procurement.
**Qualifications:**
* Degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, or equivalent.
* National and/or international procurement certification (desirable).
* 3-4 years of professional procurement experience, including experience with 4-5 projects funded by international donors or aid agencies.
* In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and organizational guidelines.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Proficiency in information and communication technologies (email, internet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, and databases).
