Job Opportunity for Senior Executive – Training at Echo India in New Delhi

1.Job Details:

Designation – Associate manager/Senior executive

Reporting to – DGM

Department – Training

2.Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct virtual trainings for existing and new partners as per monthly training calendar

2. Conduct in-person trainings for Delhi and outstation partners (as required)

3. Support the Team Lead in planning and executing the orientation and immersion event for training of potential partners

4. Plan and coordinate for training sessions as per process and / or partner need

5. Support the Team Lead in designing and developing training / content modules and presentations.

6. Assess training feedback and create evaluation reports to be shared with the leadership.

7. Maintain MIS –

a. Maintain trackers for orientation and immersion participants.

b. Ensure training data updation on a monthly basis.

4. Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification- Post graduate / Graduate

Experience – 3-6 years

Language – English, Hindi

Knowledge, Skill and Ability

•Excellentcommunication skills (verbal and written)•Experience of conducting trainings and workshops

•Exposure to managing internal/externalevents will be desirable
