**Job Description:**
Peepul seeks a Senior HR Specialist to build a strong foundation for future growth. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role involves strategic leadership in HR agenda, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organizational transformation and culture-building.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Contribute to Peepul’s strategic direction, aligning HR strategy with organizational vision.
– Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and board members, providing strategic counsel to executives.
– Lead cultural transformation initiatives, fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture.
– Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, learning & development, and retention strategies.
– Utilize HR analytics for data-driven decisions and enhance employee experience.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
– 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the development sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing the full employee lifecycle.
– Strong background in HR strategy development and execution.
– Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex HR functions.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and organizational tools (e.g., MS Teams).
– Fluency in both English and Hindi.
