Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Required:

● Native fluency in English and Tamil
● Background education and/or experience in community mobilisation, network building, designing and implementing campaigns preferably on gender justice and gender-based violence
● Experience of working with a grassroots organisation along with managing teams

Responsibilities:

● Design and implement prevention, intervention and awareness initiatives on gender-based violence
● Organise events, handle logistics and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
● Manage and mentor of 5-6 mid-level and frontline team members
● Develop and implement internship programmes for the organisation
● Technical support in content creation and strategy development
● Manage social media accounts and digital outreach products
● Develop and facilitate training and workshops; build team capacity
● Write reports, grant proposals and document initiatives
● Build and maintain a state and national network of stakeholders to support survivors of domestic violence

Expected work experience: 3 to 4 years in similar role

Remuneration: 4.2 to 4.8 LPA (negotiable with experience and skills)
