4-7 years of experience in healthcare program delivery along with a flavor for writing and technical documents drafting. Of which 2 years in on-ground program handling.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Lead the development, implementation, and management of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs with a special focus on healthcare initiatives.  

– Ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals while enhancing its social impact and building a strong reputation for corporate citizenship.  

– Drive innovation in CSR initiatives, ensuring scalability and sustainability.  

– Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare-focused CSR programs (e.g., health camps, disease awareness drives, medical aid projects).  

– Manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, healthcare institutions, and other stakeholders.  

– Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to CSR activities, particularly in healthcare.  

– Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community leaders, corporate partners, and media.  

– Monitor program outcomes using metrics and KPIs, prepare detailed reports on program impact, budgets, and progress for internal and external stakeholders.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**  

– Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.  

– Minimum 4-7 years’ experience in healthcare program delivery along with a flavor for writing and technical documents drafting. Of which 2 years in on-ground program handling.  

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.  

– Proven track record in designing and managing impactful CSR programs.  

– Experience in building partnerships with NGOs, healthcare providers, and government entities.
