We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead fundraising initiatives via CSR & manage partnerships for our organisation.

About Hi5 Youth Foundation –

Hi 5 Youth Foundation is a high-spirited, professionally run sports-NGO, dedicated to coaching basketball to large numbers of young underprivileged children. At Hi5, we believe that sports is not the medium but the platform for these children to develop improved life-skills, to better their performance, and build strong aspirations to do well in their future. Currently we train 2100 children with our team of 25 coaches across multiple cities.

In the coming years, we plan to take our Basketball Training program ‘HopeThru Hoops’ & our education support program ‘Pathways to Success’ to more cities and impact more children.

Responsibilities and Duties

● Plan & raise funds via CSR, create new pipeline of corporate donors and retain the existing donors

● Build new meaningful partnerships, represent Hi5 at conferences, nurture existing partnerships and create opportunities for partners to engage

● Relationship management with existing CSR donors & Partners, Colleges, Schools, Government stakeholders etc.

● Timely reporting to donors (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual), Monthly reporting to management on funds utilisation and availability

● Provide support in implementing control systems, recruitment, infrastructure, logistics for our flagship programs

Qualifications and Skills

● Graduate / Post graduate from a good college

● Proficient in English – both written and oral communication. Knowing other languages will be a plus, but not mandatory

● Previous professional experience of minimum 2 years in fundraising / business development / partnerships is a must

● Excellent communication and networking capabilities

● Ability to write complete proposals from ground up adhering to marketing & design guidelines of the organisation

● Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint

● Must be willing to travel to centres in Mumbai and other cities when required

● Monday to Saturday working
