Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
- Work on regulatory and policy issues in data, AI, cybersecurity, platform regulation.
- Strong individual contribution and an ability to collaborate effectively with industry (IT-BPM, eCommerce, tech Start-ups), government, think tanks, and law firms to build robust policy views, submissions, and discussion/ position papers.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
Relevant experience in data regulation is essential and experience in at least one of the other focus areas described above is desirable.
Published research/ policy papers, blogs, opinion articles in reputed publications.
Excellent public speaking and an ability to write concisely with clarity in English.
Self-motivated and an ethical mindset.
Minimum Qualification
Mandatory Graduate qualification in Law.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
Experience of working with reputed policy think tanks, law firms or members of Parliament is essential.
