**Position Summary:**
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Fundraising Team. This role involves setting up structures, generating leads, and building funder pipelines. Strong marketing skills and networking abilities are essential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Corporate & Institutional Partnerships:** Identify grant opportunities from domestic and international funders; engage with CSR teams for multi-year funding and partnerships.
– **Outreach and Lead Generation:** Attend conferences and events for lead generation; build a pipeline of potential funders suitable for projects; plan and execute fundraising events, donor meets, and crowdfunding campaigns; collaborate with marketing to create fundraising content and impact stories.
– **Donor Relations:** Manage relationships with donors and facilitate timely report delivery; prepare stakeholder reports and assist in due diligence requirements; maintain an accurate donor database.
– **Proposal and Report Writing:** Develop proposals with finance and operations teams; manage grant applications and award submissions.
**Requirements:**
– Understanding of the philanthropy ecosystem in India and abroad.
– Strategic thinking to develop long-term fundraising strategies.
– Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with donors, CSR heads, foundations, and HNIs.
– Knowledge of funding compliance, FCRA regulations, CSR laws, and donor reporting requirements.
– Proficiency in Google Slides/Canva and excellent communication skills.
**Education and Experience:**
– Graduation + 4 years or Post Graduation + 3 years of work experience with a preference for fundraising experience.
