Job Opportunity for Senior Manager – Fundraising at Quest Alliance in Bengaluru

About the Role: 

• Build strategies and execute outreach to foundations, CSR’s and family offices (with support of the fundraising and leadership team)
• Strategize and execute the fundraising plan to achieve the organizational fundraising targets
• Build and manage key funder relationships and partnerships with foundations, family offices and CSR’s
• Lead potential funder requirements – manage the fundraising lifecycle from lead generation, proposal and budget development, clarifications and closure of grants
• Oversee progress of projects and regular funder communication along with the project lead.
• Represent Quest in forums, events, networking conferences and be a spokesperson for Quest’s work
• Work closely with the leadership team, Fundraising Director and CEO to establish fundraising strategies/goals, identify new opportunities and maintain funder relationships
• Collaborate with marketing team to establish funder communications and other channels to enhance Quest credibility with funders

• Can work independently is a go-getter and enjoys interacting with Indian and overseas philanthropy and is a great communicator
• Can deal with ambiguity and proactively explore solutions

Skill Sets:

• Experience in fundraising/ writing proposals for school/education programs
• Experience in fundraising with foundations, family offices and HNI’s would be a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
