## Senior Manager, Global Accounting and Finance Operations

**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Accounting and Finance Operations team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization that is making a real difference in the world.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee all aspects of IDinsight’s global accounting and finance operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Manage a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funds are available to meet operational needs.
* Monitor and control expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
* Provide financial advice and support to program staff and senior management.
* Manage and oversee the organization’s audit process.
* Stay abreast of best practices in accounting and finance, and implement new technologies and processes as needed.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including experience managing a team.
* Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant international accounting standards.
* Experience working in a non-profit or development organization is preferred.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
* Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with accounting software and systems is required.
