About the Position
Responsibilities
· Growth and Development: Anchor CSRBOX representation (programs delivery and practice) in Western and Southern India with focus on priority cities, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Pune (and other key geographies) as a nodal towards our impact implementation initiatives. To be able to maximize our outreach and connect efforts in these cities with F2F / virtual meeting with at least 15 companies/philanthropic orgs/strategic partnerships-govt/UN/ embassies, etc. per month and aiming for a conversion rate of 20% companies/organizations being our partners.
· Focus on CSR/Philanthropic, corporates, impact fund model building.
· Keep the stakeholder engagements ongoing. Internally coordinate with programs team to pitch and offer specific programs (the responsibility of technical details will be that of program team).
· Collaborative and platform-based model. Over time, map the demand that exists in companies and the kind of programs that the sector needs and feed this input to the program teams to align and strategize our implementation programs.
·Explore networking and branding opportunities on smaller and larger forums for the organization.
·Manage associates’ team for the Impact Academy work. Hosting periodic masterclasses to maintain brand visibility.
·Open to feed and grasp opportunities from the knowledge received from Impact Academy, platform or growth and partnership’s role. Feed these insights to program implementation team to pitch relevant initiatives.
·For key partnerships with think-tanks, academic institutes and experts and roll out courses/masterclasses.
·Team building, capacity building programs – networking events.
·Support and Lead partnerships with potential institutes for ground level implementation of skilling program and strengthen the base of skill development programs.
·Maintain MIS and project dashboards in-line with organization’s requirement.
·Conceptualize ideas and plan for execution to achieve programmatic deliverables.
·Participate in building, structuring and developing knowledge internally at the organization level.
Monitoring & Tracking project details, data & records of all the stakeholders for better coordination and implementation.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
· Graduate/ Post-graduate degree in any MSW with an understanding of the social/development sector in India.
·Domain expertise of education / skill development/ CSR in India would be an added advantage.
·Prior experience of partnerships portfolio will be preferred.
·Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and speed.
·Effective writing, communication and presentation skills.
·Demonstrated ability to build & manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Minimum 2-3 years preferably 4 years of relevant work experience in philanthropic partnerships.
