**Job Summary:**
The Senior HR Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, shaping the organization’s human resource strategy and contributing to its overall growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle for a 200+ person organization across multiple geographies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a regional HR strategy.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations.
* Oversee all HR functions, including learning & development, performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding) for a diverse range of roles, utilizing innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates who understand grassroots realities.
* Develop and maintain a robust talent acquisition process, fostering a positive employee experience and engagement.
* Manage employee database and documentation (probation reviews, confirmation letters, promotions, etc.).
* Conduct capacity building needs assessments and develop training programs.
* Develop and implement HR strategies to meet future organizational needs.
* Facilitate the annual performance review process, including KRA/KPI development and tracking.
* Manage the exit process, conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth offboarding.
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent, preferably in a non-profit organization.
* Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and systems.
* Experience in developing and implementing new HR systems and strategies.
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
* Positive attitude, resilience, self-confidence, and strong relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel as needed.
