Responsibilities
- Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Maintain ongoing quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Supervise and manage an existing team of developers
- Manage project deliveries by coordinating resources and timetables with internal departments and external vendors
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures
- Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
- Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for organization software and other IT infrastructure including webapp, mobile app etc.
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
- Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting IT strategy roadmap
- Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
- Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff
Qualifications
- Well-versed with WordPress Configuration, Administration, Security and Optimization
- Knowledge of Web Development Technologies including PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5 is a must
- Working knowledge on AWS will be an added advantage
