Responsibilities

• Verify application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
• Maintain ongoing quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Supervise and manage an existing team of developers
• Manage project deliveries by coordinating resources and timetables with internal departments and external vendors
• Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures
• Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes
• Develop a renewal and upgrade schedule for organization software and other IT infrastructure including webapp, mobile app etc.
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting IT strategy roadmap
• Ensure that employees are following computer use policies, information security and privacy
• Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of new IT staff

Qualifications

• Well-versed with WordPress Configuration, Administration, Security and Optimization
• Knowledge of Web Development Technologies including PHP, CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5 is a must
• Working knowledge on AWS will be an added advantage
