**Job Description:**
The Senior Manager/Lead will lead operations for Indus Action’s project with the Department of Labour Welfare. Responsibilities include collaborating with organizations in the Project Management Unit (PMU), conducting research, designing initiatives, managing budgets, and driving large-scale projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, understanding of technology for MIS systems, and experience in fieldwork.
**Key Requirements:**
– **Stakeholder Management:** Experience leading teams and partnering with government stakeholders.
– **Project Management:** Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery, budget management, and quality control.
– **Data & Technology:** Understanding of technology to enhance implementation processes.
– **Research & Analysis:** Experience in primary/secondary research and data analysis.
