Skills desired :
- Must be proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to interact with decision makers at the State and National level.
- Should have the ability to analyze situations based on interactions and formulate strategies.
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Must have required Project management, proposal development and project monitoring skills including ability to interact with funding agencies and fructify project proposals.
- Experience of dealing with Govt., and National/International clients
- Ability to communicate fluently in English

- Grasping technical concepts quickly and translating these into commercially viable proposals and businesses
- Must have a strong research and analytical mindset.
- Working effectively with key stakeholders, assertively influencing them and where appropriate showing tenacity and persistence in business development situations
- Successfully negotiating and licensing commercial contracts with industry and projects
- Self-motivated, disciplined and organized
- Practical knowledge of computer softwares
- Managing a portfolio of projects leading to successful commercial conclusions
Job profile :
- Develop favourable policies at Central and State Government level for low carbon initiatives especially looking at mitigation technologies
- Develop policy frameworks and analysis for promotion of cleaner technologies.
- Track policy movement in low carbon and resource efficient technology space and identify potential business opportunities nationally and internationally.
- Statistical analysis of data and prepare policy influencing documents.
- Strategy development for deployment of technologies across countries.
- Monitoring research opportunities, announcements, donor trends, and support teams in creating new businesses.
- Building a network of professional business contacts – clients, consultant companies and individual experts to identify potential partnerships.
- Project management including project planning, monitoring, reporting, writing, research and documentation; responsible for overall quality of project delivery.
- Management of project team to ensure seamless and high-quality delivery.
- Networking with national and international organization in the sustainable development arena to increase visibility of Group work and open new business opportunities
