**The Impact Hub Vision**
The Impact Hub at The/Nudge aims to be a leading and respected M&E and knowledge center within the livelihoods ecosystem. We conduct high-quality evaluations and research while serving as the internal Impact measurement and management function for all T/Nudge programs.
We partner with top-tier organizations – government, market, and civil society – and create impactful knowledge products, including evidence, insight reports, and white papers, to generate actionable insights. Our focus lies in evaluations and action research.
The Impact Hub prioritizes staying rooted in real-world challenges, continuously adapting to the dynamic environment.

* Contribute as a senior team member, recognized as a thought leader in the “Impact evaluation” space, influencing policy and practice with a deep understanding of practitioners’ perspectives.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the evaluation space and its evolution, including methodologies, practical implementation in the Indian context, identifying key impact indicators, and understanding driving and inhibiting factors.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including other operating organizations, funders, M&E organizations, and field data collection organizations.
* Lead and mentor a team. Create learning and development spaces for the Impact team and the wider organization.
* Collaborate with third-party evaluators within and beyond the development sector.
