**Job Description**

 

This is a remote position. The Senior Manager, Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation (MLE) will support the MLE function in the implementation of Intelehealth’s programs and initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our work by providing leadership in the design, implementation, and analysis of MLE activities.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Lead the development and implementation of MLE frameworks and plans for Intelehealth’s programs and initiatives.

* Design and conduct rigorous evaluations, including needs assessments, process evaluations, and impact evaluations.

* Develop and implement data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

* Analyze data using statistical software and other appropriate methods to assess program effectiveness and impact.

* Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders.

* Collaborate with program staff to integrate MLE findings into program design and implementation.

* Stay abreast of best practices in MLE and contribute to the development of Intelehealth’s MLE capacity.

* Supervise and mentor MLE staff.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Master’s degree in public health, evaluation, statistics, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in MLE, with a strong focus on program evaluation.

* Proven experience in designing and conducting rigorous evaluations, including needs assessments, process evaluations, and impact evaluations.

* Expertise in data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

* Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS or R.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

* Experience working in a non-profit or public health setting is preferred.
