Roles and responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution of top priority projects that impacts our Residential programs.
  • Act as a liaison between various functions ( Academics , Campus teams , Operations , People & Culture) , facilitating seamless collaboration to drive successful project execution.
  • Spearhead the implementation of strategic initiatives along with the Residential Director, 
  • Assist the Residential Director to align critical projects with organisational objectives, ensuring synergy between residential programs and other departmental goals.
  • Provide regular and comprehensive project updates , including milestone achievements, challenges, and risk assessments, to the Residential Director’s office and relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive action items to  closure to resolve challenges
  • Review and ensure OKRs  for all campuses and Academic teams are in place and are delivered effectively
  • Ensuring accountability and dependability in the system by supporting processes and decision-making.
    Apply if you have:
  • At least 6 – 8 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar leadership role within a residential or related program.
  • Proven track record in executing critical projects, demonstrating strong accountability and the ability to make informed decisions at an operational level.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on supporting and collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives effectively.
  • Proficiency in implementing process improvements and decision-making frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
  • A degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience showcasing the required skill set.
    Location:
  • This position offers the flexibility of remote work from any location. Nevertheless, there will be a requirement for 20-30% travel.
    Compensation & Culture:
  • NavGurukul’s salaries are at par with most not-for-profits in the country. For this role, the salary bracket 6 to 7.2 LPA.
  •  We are also open to hiring for more senior roles in the same function.
