Key Job Areas

Program Implementation Goals and Strategy

● Responsible for planning, organization and direction of the organization’s operations and programs

● Create program implementation strategy based on organization goals and in alignment with the COO

● Implement the company strategy and lead the day-to-day business operations for the achievement of the program implementation goals

● Guide the Manager to design and monitor replicable and scalable processes

● Review data analysis with the Managers to identify problem areas and enable solutions to address them

● Support the team for the smooth execution of various TAP events like Hackathons, Induction, meet-ups, showcases, etc. to strengthen the program implementation and drive better engagement

● Guide the Manager to implement tracking and reporting of data metrics to evaluate the program implementation

Standardization and Automation

● Research and learn from best practices to improve the overall vertical

● Strategizing on approaches for better execution of the program to improve on the operational excellence goals and be better equipped for larger outreach

● Focus on leveraging technology as an enabler to streamline and simplify processes and automate them wherever possible

● Ensure that the Manager is focused on documenting, following and enhancing standard operating procedures in the team

● Create an easily replicable and scalable model of operations to enable a better solution towards TAP’s vision

Team Management

● Support the Managers and teams in program delivery through enhancing their capability to manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external)

● Enable the Managers to ensure the program implementation outcomes and goals are met

● Provide timely feedback for development and suitable recognition for motivation of the team

● Enable a healthy, collaborative and outcome-focused environment in the vertical

● Be an ambassador for TAP and represent the company at internal and external events

Organization Development

● Participates in business development initiatives such as investments, fundraising and strategic alliances

● Ensure expansion by establishing meaningful relationships with schools and local governing bodies

● Provide leadership and vision in the ongoing planning, implementation, development, direction, review and evaluation of the program

● Contribute towards the positive work culture of the organization

Qualifications & Experience

● 5+years of full-time experience in program implementation, preferably in managing large scale operations and teams

● A track record of strong coaching, conflict management and influence up, down and across the organization

● Experience of building and leading an engaged team

● Experience in managing small to medium teams within a complex environment

● Managed relationships with multiple stakeholders

● Graduate/Postgraduate in any field

Compensation is provided at par with the sector benchmark for this position in alignment with the individual’s prior experience and qualifications
