**Position Overview:**
The Senior Manager – Partnerships will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships to enable the replication and expansion of the organization’s programs. This role involves collaborating with NGOs, educational institutions, government boards, think tanks, consulting firms, and employer partners to strengthen the organization’s impact in secondary education and vocational training.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and manage partnerships for the expansion/replication of programs.
2. Establish collaborations with thought partners and represent the organization at conferences and forums.
3. Support internship and employer partnerships for student internships and full-time placements.
4. Manage academic and knowledge partnerships to enhance vocational education.
5. Lead fundraising efforts, including proposal development and donor engagement.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Master’s degree in Education, Social Work/Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
– **Experience:** 15+ years of overall experience with 8-10 years in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or business development in the education/social impact sector.
– **Skills & Competencies:** Strong networking abilities, understanding of vocational education and skill development ecosystems, excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
– **Attributes:** Results-oriented, proactive, strategic thinker, resilient, persuasive, influential, mission-driven, and adaptive.
